Overview
ActivityComb is built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains what information ActivityComb does and does not collect, how your data is stored, and what permissions the app uses. Please read it carefully.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
ActivityComb does not collect any personal information from its users. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
- Your location or GPS data
- Device identifiers such as IMEI, advertising ID, or hardware ID
- Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data
- Any content you create within the app, including activities, habits, streaks, agenda items, or notes
- IP addresses or network information
- Demographic information of any kind
This applies to all users, including children.
2. How Your Data Is Stored
All data you create within ActivityComb — including activity logs, habit records, streaks, agendas, reminders, and any other content — is stored exclusively on your device using your device’s local storage.
This means:
- Your data never leaves your device through ActivityComb
- We cannot access, view, retrieve, or modify your data
- No external server receives or stores your information
- If you uninstall the app or clear app data, your information is permanently deleted from your device
Note on device backups: If you use a third-party device backup service such as Google One, Google Drive backup, or a manufacturer cloud backup, your device’s local data — including data stored by ActivityComb — may be included in those backups. This is governed entirely by your device manufacturer’s and backup service provider’s privacy policies, not this one. ActivityComb has no involvement in or control over those services.
3. Device Permissions
ActivityComb requests only the permissions necessary to provide its core features. Below is a description of each permission and why it is used:
Notifications Used to deliver activity reminders you set within the app. Notifications are generated entirely on your device and are not routed through any external server. You can enable or disable notification permissions at any time through your device settings.
We do not use any permission to collect, transmit, store, or share your data externally.
4. Children’s Privacy
ActivityComb is designed to be used by people of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We take children’s privacy seriously.
Because ActivityComb does not collect any personal information from any user — child or adult — we do not collect personal information from children under 13 either. ActivityComb is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

5. Third-Party Services
ActivityComb does not integrate any third-party services that collect data. Specifically, the app does not use:
- Advertising networks or ad SDKs
- Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or Mixpanel
- Crash reporting services that transmit personal or device data
- Social media SDKs or login integrations
- Payment processors
- Any other third-party SDK that collects or transmits user data
6. Data Security
Because ActivityComb stores all data locally on your device and transmits nothing externally, the security of your data is governed by your device’s own security features — including your screen lock, device encryption, and operating system protections. We strongly encourage all users to keep their devices up to date and protected with a secure lock screen.
We cannot access your data remotely and therefore cannot recover it if it is lost due to device damage, theft, factory reset, or app uninstallation.
7. International Users
ActivityComb is available in the United States and India. If you are using the app from the European Union or any other jurisdiction, please be aware that no personal data is transferred outside your device regardless of your location. Because no data is collected or transmitted, ActivityComb does not require cross-border data transfer mechanisms under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023).
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users through an in-app notice or update to the app store listing.
Your continued use of ActivityComb after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

This Privacy Policy applies to the ActivityComb mobile application available on Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store). It does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or referenced within the app.
